1.The demage of the bearing.
If the temperature between the oil return of the bearing and the oil before get into the bearing enlarged abnormally, the bearing may be damaged.
Shut down and check the bearings immediately. If it is only caused by high temperature, it might be cause by the problem of oil cooling system or temperature control system.
Reduce oil. Check the oil level from the visible mirror. If the amount of oil amont is normal, then check if there's leaking and blockage.
2.The faulty of the temperature control valve.
Check the operation of it and if the valve is fully open, the cooling water temperature is over high or insufficient of cooling water. If the valve is faulty, repair or replace it.
3. Failure of the closed cooler.
Check the oil and water temperature at the inlet and outlet of the oil cooler. If you find cooling water is abnormal, check the closed cooling water cooler. Then switch to another cooler operation and check again.
4.The failure of the oil cooker
Check the temperature of the oil cooler ,both inlet and outlet.
5.The failure of the thermocouple. Replace it if it malfuntion.
