Logarithmic curve tapered rollers can improve the performance of bearings. But. 1.Improvement of D051

Adjustment and use of improved D051

(1) Loosen the handwheel and adjust the body frame to the appropriate angle, then tighten the handwheel.

(2) Loosen the three fastening handles, adjust the measuring axis according to the standard part of the measured roller, and position the four measuring heads appropriately. Tighten the three handles.

(3) Loosen the 3 fastening nuts and fine tune the 3 adjustment nuts to ensure that the measuring head is on the cable line of the standard part. Tighten the three adjustment nuts and tightening handle.

(4) Adjust the nut according to the table size so that the pointer of the sector micrometer points at the desired reading.

The improved D051 detector adopts the method of pivot support positioning for measurement. The measuring head is located at the position of the roller line, and there is no interference between the roller and the positioning reference. The measurement system has good stability and the measurement results are relatively accurate. Practice has proved that the improved instrument can also measure the variation of the diameter of a single plane of the roller, and the indication is relatively accurate.
